1. Appointment Details
- Each personal shopping session is 30 minutes in length and is provided free of charge
- All appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed by us
- Every person attending the appointment must present valid photographic ID upon arrival
- Late arrivals cannot be accommodated with extended time and may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation
- We cannot hold or reserve items
2. Identification Requirements
- Valid photographic ID is mandatory for all attendees
- Acceptable forms of ID include passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID card
- Failure to present valid ID will result in appointment cancellation
- ID information may be recorded for security purposes
3. Appointment Timing
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Late arrivals will not receive extended time
- The 30-minute appointment time starts at the scheduled time, not upon arrival
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments if clients arrive more than 10 minutes late
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- No-shows may result in booking restrictions
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is not permitted
5. Purchases and Returns
- All purchases are final and non-refundable once paid
- We cannot reserve or hold items for future purchase
- Payment must be made in full at time of purchase
- No cash payments will be accepted.
6. Service Scope
The service does not include:
- Extended shopping time
- Item reservations
- Purchase guarantees
7. Client Responsibilities
- Arrive on time with valid photographic ID
- Make independent purchasing decisions
- Understand all purchases are final
- Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout the appointment

- Refuse service if ID requirements are not met
- Cancel appointments for late arrivals
